Membership
Membership is open to all.
Most of our members are hobbyists — some with a lifetime at the bench, others for whom everything is new.
We also count among us professionals with decades in the craft, and makers just starting out on a career in wood. Some love the feel of hand tools; others lean on power tools and machinery.
Whatever your interest or level of experience, you'll find members who can teach you, and members who'll happily learn alongside you.
A typical meeting brings a demonstration from a visiting maker or from one of our own, a talk on tools or technique, and plenty of conversation over tea, coffee and biscuits in the break.
Our membership recently passed 100 for the first time in the club's history. Help us reach 150.
If getting to Odiham would be difficult, please don't let that put you off.
A good number of our members are with us mainly for the monthly newsletter and the WhatsApp groups, and value being part of the wider fellowship even when they can't make it to the Cross Barn.

The full membership at a reduced rate for those in full-time education.
Family
£45 + £20
+£20 per additional per year
Standard membership, plus £20 for each additional family member living at the same address.

Not ready to join just yet?
You're very welcome to come along to one of our meetings as a visitor first. We meet on the fourth Thursday of the month at 7:30pm at the Cross Barn in Odiham, from September to May (excluding December).
Drop us a line beforehand and a member of the committee will look out for you when you arrive.
